Cognitive-communication disorders

We provide cognitive habilitation and rehabilitation - This includes developmental difficulties in communication based on problems with attention, decision making, executive functioning, sequencing, focus, and impulsivity.

Strokes and Brain Injury

The area of cognitive-communication disorders also includes rehabilitation following a stroke, traumatic brain injury or other injury to the brain. This may include a partial or total loss of language abilities known as aphasia.

Receptive and expressive language disorders

Difficulties with understanding or producing spoken, written, or sign language.

Dysphagia

Difficulties in swallowing : oral, pharyngeal, esophageal, and related functions, including oral function for feeding; orofacial myofunction (muscular function)
